It all started when my mother upgraded or remodeled and sold every house I lived in growing up, and received maximum profits. She was a Sweat Equity Pro, and my sister and I were her best help!

My wife and I are buy and hold investors. It’s all about cash flow, leveraging your investment, and building wealth through tax advantaged investing. I’ve been an Investor and Owner of a 25-unit multifamily complex in North Arlington, VA. I also have experience as a Project Manager of a 5-lot custom, new-home-build subdivision in Leesburg, Va.

I love everything about Real Estate investing and home improvements, including framing, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC & mechanical systems.

I graduated in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Real Estate and Land Development, and met my beautiful wife while attending VCU. We have two beautiful daughters, Madelyn Grace and Emmeline Faith.

I love the knowledge and experience that the Valentine Properties team has with real estate and the local Richmond area market trends. Heather Valentine’s wealth of knowledge and information is extremely valuable. She’s always hands on and available to answer any questions.

My past work experience has given me a vast experience about how homes are built from the ground up. I feel I can be a valuable asset to my clients in helping them make wise investments. I’m always available during home inspections, and to help identify potential defects and address any structural concerns.
