Sandy has been our transaction coordinator here at Valentine Properties for three years. She began as the transaction coordinator for Joey Wray but quickly began to handle transactions for many more Valentine agents including Heather and Chelsea. She has seen it all when it comes to real estate transactions, and that experience helps her clients navigate the process with ease.

Sandy is our organization queen, and she was drawn to the family atmosphere at Valentine Properties. She is incredibly loyal and always there for her co-workers and family. In fact, most of Sandy’s family has moved to the Richmond area to be closer to her!

As a Navy wife, Sandy has moved up and down the east coast ELEVEN times, so she understands intimately what our clients are going through! She loves being able to help our clients and find the perfect match for them. 

Sandy has a teenage boy who is eating her out of house and home and enjoys everything outdoors, including lacrosse. She also has two Bengal cats, a Golden Retriever, and a horse. Sandy loves traveling across the US and abroad to Europe, Africa, the Caribbean, and Central America. She hits the slopes in the winter and the beaches in the summer!
